The Gang Enforcement Company is the premier Law Enforcement, Corrections and Civilian Gang Training, and Consulting company; established to assist local, state, federal & international officers, agencies and organizations to train their staff, develop their gang reduction strategies and provide strategic and tactical resources to assist in those efforts.

We are well into the digital age, and the old way of learning doesn’t cut it in today’s workforce. Agencies are being introduced to a more modern and mobile-friendly training environment but are unsure how to translate the digital age into reality-based practice. That's where we come in. The Gang Enforcement Company's Training Center provides online and onsite training around the world to those who need to advance their expertise and careers in the areas of gang enforcement, extremism, biker gangs, prison gangs, hate groups, domestic and international terrorism, intelligence and much more at the international, national and local levels. Our students benefit not only from our cadre of subject matter experts, but also from the many professional network activities we organize in order to enhance each officer's training experience.

This 8-week blended learning experience, is an exciting professional online Gang Training Academy comes in (03) security levels for different disciplines focused on establishing and then enhancing your skill sets for those in the public sector but have a unique need to develop themselves as a "Gang Specialist."

The NGA takes a blended learning approach of self-study, live interactions, recorded training modules, reading and scenario assignments, information sharing goals, expectations and opportunities, as well as professional and leadership development principles delivered through an instructor lead schedule that will help you to gain the knowledge necessary to become a gang specialist.

The National Gang Academy includes the 2-year Specialist Certification, which focuses specifically on the individual and provides documented evidence to the public, the courts and your colleagues that you have been examined by an independent professional organization and found to possess current competency in a specialized field signifying mastery and strong level of knowledge.

WHY GET CERTIFIED

Certification is part of a process called credentialing. It focuses specifically on the individual and provides documented evidence to the public that the individual has been examined by an independent professional organization and found to possess current competency in a specialized field. Certification signifies and documents the mastery of a strong level of knowledge.

Today, not only do agencies and the public expect our officers to be professionally trained and tested in their specific assignment but the courts expect our Investigators to be Subject Matter Experts in the topic. Obtaining Gang Specialist Certification meets all those expectations.
