The National Gang Academy is offered in three security levels depending on your current employment and/or need to know status.

Security Level 4
The National Gang Academy is for all members of the criminal justice; law enforcement, corrections, probation, and prosecution.
Security Level 2
The National Gang Academy | Private Security is for those in the private security, executive protection and bondsmen industry
Security Level 1
The National Gang Academy | Civilian is designed for those in the private sector such as those working in the school system, counselors, prevention and intervention programs, etc.

CERTIFICATIONThe National Gang Academy includes the 2-year Specialist Certification so you do not have to enroll or attend both programs. Certification is part of a process called credentialing. It focuses specifically on the individual and provides documented evidence to the public that the individual has been examined by an independent professional organization and found to possess current competency in a specialized field. Certification signifies and documents the mastery of a strong level of knowledge.
